EDUCATION: A university degree from a recognized university or institution. Postgraduate degrees are preferable. (Exceptions considered for those in underdeveloped countries.)

LEADERSHIP: 7+ years leading others in work, social, organizational, or ministry settings

AGE: 30-55 years old

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Clearly communicates in spoken and written English

CITIZENSHIP: A citizen and resident of a developing nation.
